- elsa arendelle is a muggle-born witch. she lived in a small village with her parents and younger sister anna. elsa was born with a blood condition that gives her special powers that allow her to control ice (basically her powers in the movie). her parents tried to figure out what was wrong with her they wanted to keep her powers a secret from her sister which was impossible. one day while playing elsa accidentally hit anna with a blast of ice. in her fear she then accidentally froze the entire small town.
- members of the ministry of magic arrived and saved anna's life. they explained to her parents that elsa was a witch. even though she was too young to go to hogwarts they offered to take her somewhere where she would be safe (st mungos). they then at the request of elsa's parents took away all of anna's memories of her sister. she has had little contact with her family since.
- elsa never got to say goodbye to her sister, something that has always caused her a great deal of pain.
- eventually, she went to hogwarts where she was sorted into ravenclaw.
- she is a very skilled student but she often keeps to herself. she is particularly skilled in charms and transfiguration.
- she feels like a monster and struggles with thoughts of depression and suicide.
- she gets help from dumbledore to control and understand her ice magic. however, there is fear that one day her heart will turn to ice and what she will then do.
- her patronus is a salamander.
- her wand is 10¾, willow, unicorn hair.

❄️ PHYSICAL AFFECTION; go for it. elsa doesn't have a problem with it with people she knows and cares about she still has some issues with it. while she likely won't push anyone off (depending who you are) she won't exactly be comfortable.
❄️ PHYSICAL VIOLENCE; sure. while elsa isn't a brawler she does have ice and snow powers and will fight back.
❄️ FLIRTING; what is... flirting? go for it. she'll probably be super awkward especially if she likes you back.
❄️ MIND READING/CONTROL; there is nothing in canon to suggest that elsa would be immune to this. let's discuss this beforehand though so we can figure out the situation and i can put more in my tags for your character to latch onto.
